This workshop explores how a “spiritual” perspective supports leaders in navigating in a chaotic global business environment, making decisions and relating with others in ways which restore sanity and meaning to decision making and relationship building.

We will examine the meaning “self-awareness” and “awareness of others” and explore the skills required for navigating chaos at the highest levels in leadership. In addition we will seek to deeper understand how a “spiritual mind set” which unfolds “wholeness” and “wisdom” is increasingly essential in modern leadership.

Martin Quiery consults with and offers coaching support to executives in companies including Airbus, Reuters, Philips, Cisco Systems, Air Liquide, Bristol Myers Squibb, Boston Scientific, BNP Paribas, Hitachi, Saint Gobain. He has worked all over the world in this capacity.

Deirdre Quiery is a Director of Seven Rocks Consulting working in leadership development, teambuilding and coaching for more than 20 years.  She has in many countries working with global implementations in leadership, selection, performance management.
